I was aware of the wiki but thanks. I looked before but couldn't find a listing of all the animated weapons. To clarify I mean weapons with particle effects, flowing lava, rotating gears, and other moving parts.

This is the best I can find for you, it's from the unofficial wiki. While it doesn't have all of the images on one page, all of the links under Pages in Category "Animated" are good. Hope you find something you like!

**looks like kaldak beat me to it (note to self: refresh page before posting...doh!) but all the same, this list is the best there is i think (if not the only one)

How is he an ass for directing you to the wiki? I did a search for "animated", clicked on the first weapon it came back with (air staff), then scrolled down and clicked on the category "animated". One word and two clicks and I arrived at the list of animated weapons.

Except that that only works on the unofficial wiki, not the official wiki that he linked.

This. If I were looking for a weapon with a particle effect in particular, I'd so something similar. I'd just look up a weapon I knew had particle effects, then just go to the category listed at the bottom.

The Wiki is the wiki... you guys need to explore it for yourself before you come to a completely different website asking for directions within it. It's like taking a book in your house, not wanting to open it to find some information you're looking for and driving to the local library asking them where to find said information in your own book.

internet has made people sooo damn lazy..........

and on top of that they have no common sense.......

thus a simple link seems to be no longer sufficient, people want a "here is your answer" one stop button

Wow, somebody coming to the Questions & Answers forum looking for answers? How dare he! In the future let's just point all question askers towards google. That will surely improve the quality of this forum.

The post linking to the official wiki is of little use because (as far as I can tell) that wiki contains no listing or category of animated weapons.

It is a direct violation of this forum's rules to just post a link to the wiki without further guidance.
